Housemate Wanted
I'm looking for someone to house hunt and then house-share with. I'm female in my 60's, work, have a dog and cat, vegan, liberal and active. I see clients via zoom at home so need privacy/quiet for those times. I've been looking at rentals on my own and with a roommate could find something much better for the same money.
The Home I'm looking for: quiet (not beside the freeway or on a busy road), good indoor light and spaces, garden, garage, laundry, pet friendly, good kitchen, relatively private and in good condition. My ideal areas are La Selva, Aptos and Watsonville north/west of Green Valley.
What I'd like in a house mate: quiet-ish, not a heavy party-er, nonsmoker, employed and/or with robust finances/income, good references, considerate, honest, loves animals.
Budget: total per month up to $4700 (depending on how we split the rent).
