A couple with sweet dog looking for a private home/ studio to rent SC County (Watsonville)

We are looking for a spot to rent (studio/ 1 BD) such as a back house type of set up and some space to let our dog roam free and soak in the sun!
We are Ryan and Ciarra and our dog name is Kona. We consider her family and the most important family member in our pack. We love the outdoors and looking for something more permanent for the time being. My husband is a flooring contractor and I am actively looking for work in the vet medical field. My husband is a great flooring contractor and as well as any type of work if it needs to be done around or on the property such maintenance projects indoor and outdoor if help is needed.
