Hello, my name is Cornell i’m 37 and I’m looking to relocate to Santa Cruz early October 2025. I absolutely love it there. It’s been several months since I was back. I’m looking preferably for a sailboat to stay on and work on, But would love a sailboat of my own. I don’t have too much experience other than sanding varnishing and some painting. In 2023 I was in Long Beach, Marina del Rey and San Pedro to do a few odd jobs on boats. I had the opportunity to motor a 1978 Catalina 27 from Long Beach to two harbors in Catalina Island, but I never got a chance to pull up sails. It wasn’t very windy and the crew I went with said we will just motor. I also had the opportunity to tow a boat from Marina del Rey to Huntington Beach. I Slept on a few boats and I just absolutely loved the experience. It just felt like Home. my dream is to learn how to sail, but in the meantime, I would like to help out with anything that you need help with. like a barter arrangement.
