Hello,
Up for sale is a low mileage 2007 Toyota Sienna LE that has been converted to be a nimble, reliable, and economical stealth and outdoor camper. The brand new conversion build has been carefully designed and executed to create sleeping and lounging space for up to two individuals.
The indoor sleeping/lounging can be accessed from the driving area by collapsing the center console and making your way between the two front seats to the rear. There is a removable rod and curtains along with removable window inserts on all the rear windows to create a very private and cozy indoor environment to hang out or sleep. This is ideal for stealth camping when regular campgrounds are just unavailable. Just pull over, park, and go to sleep.
The camper build can also be used as a mobile office by utilizing a built-in flip over shelf/counter with plenty of outlets to charge your laptop, USB devices, and more. All your electrical charging and powering of devices is handled by a combination of 200 Watt fixed solar panel, a 20 Amp solar controller along with a 100 AH Lithium Ion Battery. There is also an 1500 Watt Inverter to allow you to plug in your some of your home devices. A smart isolator has been installed to allow the Lithium Ion battery to be charged by the engine's alternator when the vehicle is running or by the solar panels when the vehicle is parked.
There are plenty of storage solutions throughout the build for small to large items.
The sturdy & secured build is completely removable thus allowing you to reinstall the second or third row seats should you want to use the Sienna as a regular passenger van. The second and third row seats are provided with the sale of the van.
The rear kitchen setup can be used from the inside or the outside and features an automated sink setup by using a 12V electric water pump. Included with the build is a single burner propane/butane stove, a Bouge RV 30 Quart Fridge and a small Sunbeam microwave.
Toyotas are famously known for their longevity and reliability, and this Sienna is no exception. It is very economical considering its application as a small recreational vehicle, getting almost 25 mpg on the highway. It drives like a regular car with plenty of power, making it comfortable and ideal for long road trips. It is very nimble, and parking it anywhere is a breeze. Needless to say, I would drive this camper van on a cross country trip tomorrow and be fully confident in its reliability and performance.
