Small enough to camp anywhere, but packed with everything you need to be comfortable! Really! You can book any regular campsite, not just RV spots, and it fits!
Park or store in a regular sized spot/driveway.
I searched high and low for this layout and was so happy when I found this rig 5 years ago! Perfect for a young family of 4 or less.
Full kitchen with 3 burners and an oven, large propane fridge, dual basin sink and a microwave (which has almost no wear as we took it out for more storage when we had it).
Super comfortable main full bed, plus a twin bunk above and a convertible smaller bed for a kid up to about 10 years old.
Full bathroom with tub/shower combo!

All that in just 18.5 feet including the hitch!
Upgraded dual propane tanks to stay off-grid for multiple days
With conservation of power, we could camp for up to 5 days with no hook ups or generator.

Well maintained (we kept this CLEAN!) and lots of great custom items that we will include with the sale.
Only condition issue is a soft spot in the bathroom floor (which was there when we got it and has not seemed to have gotten any worse over the years).
Our boys have outgrown it, so on to the next family!
