This RV has just under 101K miles on it and we have owned it for ten years.
It has proven to be an ideal vehicle for a couple to travel and camp, with or without hookups.
It has the HD floor plan, which we looked for because it has the best kitchen (three burner stove, microwave, larger refrigerator with freezer and an oven) and we were more than willing to sacrifice the child size front beds to get that kitchen.
It has a double bed in the back, which can be converted into a table and two benches, seating four, with two seatbelts on each bench. We often left the bed down when we were moving each day, as there is a small front table which seats two once you rotate the front passenger seat, and which allows two people to participate in the cooking (one sitting, one standing).
When we bought it the generator was not operable, not unusual for Rialtas, and as we had no need nor desire for a generator we removed it to save weight.
During the time that we owned it we have:
had the transmission rebuilt
installed a Scanguage to be able to track coolant and tranny temperature
replaced a CV joint
Converted all interior lighting to LED
Replaced the bathroom vent with a two-way, three-speed, thermostat controlled fan
installed removable carpet protector mats
Replaced and resealed the skylight
replaced the guts of the refrigerator
Replaced all three batteries (within the last year)
installed some fans to improve the performance of the refrigerator in hot weather.
As you can see from the photos, it is missing some of the trim, but nothing that impacts function, and that is reflected in the asking price.
It has the 12 valve 140 hp V6 engine and automatic transmission, not the five cylinder engine found in pre-1997 models.
It runs fine, has a clean title and is ready to take on the road.
We are located just outside of Watsonville.
