It's a very nice quiet and safe area. No floodings and no power outages!
Large unfurnished room is carpeted and have sliding glass doors to a large balcony. Wall to wall closet . Room fits a king or cal king size bed plus bedroom furniture and a small desk.
Shared bathroom, kitchen privileges to personal meal preparation/cooking, not extensive cooking or baking. No living room available.
Off street parking, laundry facilities in the building (cheaper than regular laundromats)
I am looking for someone friendly, down to the earth, and respectful.
-Working full time. Not working from home every day.
-Clean, respectful, and easygoing
We each clean up after ourselves - it's ok to let dishes in the sink soaking for a few hours, but not for days.
We are eco friendly, aim to conserve electricity, gas; water; and do recycling. Looking for someone in the same page. 😄
I'm a female, and I have two furry daughters (kitties), a gentleman with another kitty lives here. Other pets are negotiable.
Rental fee:
$1,550 per month, inclusive of utilities such as water, sewage, trash, internet, and PGE. Occupancy is limited to one individual.
2 people $1800 utilities included
$1,600 security deposit.

Rental Terms: Long-term preferred, but open to month to month.
Small pets negotiable 🐈🐱🐕🐶 No yard for dogs
Not for friends gatherings, Once in a while, a guest over is fine.
No indoor smoking/heavy drinking/drug use allowed.. i can't deal with people under the influence nor having my house smelling pot. i want all of us feel safe and comfortable at home. :)
