Upstairs private room, brand new carpet and paint. Victorian home (5 bedroom / 2 full bathroom), room is mostly unfurnished, can remove the end table/cabinet if desired. Full bathroom on each floor. Once a month house common area cleaning and yard service included, gigabyte wireless internet, huge backyard/garden area with space for gardens, plants, or hobbies. Pets may be accepted, we currently have 1 indoor/outdoor cat. Shared driveway parking and street parking.

Housemates are mostly college students, some have lived here for a couple of years, along with a couple of other older folks who work in town or over the hill. Their interests being history, art, plants/bonsai, robotics, medicine/neuroscience, gaming, music. Not a party house. Currently 4 women/1 man living in the house.

UCSC is about 3 miles away, closer to the house are Downtown shops/restaurants, the Boardwalk, nearby bus stops, the Metro Station, grocery stores (Whole Foods, New Leaf, Safeway, Shopper's Corner, and others), among other plazas and shops in nearby neighborhoods.


- Rent is $1200 for Single Occupancy.
- Utilities are $250 each month, includes all county services/PG&E/internet/monthly cleaning/yard service. Flat rate, will not change with usage.
- Security Deposit equal to one months rent.
- Background check on all current and potential housemates.
- 1 year lease, cosigners welcome.
