The room is available Nov 1st move in, but the space will be available as soon as the 24st of October. The room smaller size cozy and cute with hardwood floors and a large closet. This is for one individual not big enough for a couple to live in. Rent is $1,175/mo plus $225 utilities total is $1,400/mo.
The house consists of a mix of young professionals, friendly and active. Who love to travel and do a variety of sports including mountain biking, climbing, surfing, yoga, etc. The ideal housemate would be laid back, active, responsible and fun to live with.
The location is ideal…close to Verve coffee and the rock climbing gym, 5 blocks to the beach, 3 blocks from the Seabright Brewery, 3 blocks from the Harbor and a bike ride to anywhere in Santa Cruz. The home has a huge yard with many amenities including a spacious back and side yard, hot tub, BBQ, outdoor shower, chicken coop, etc. Organic veggie garden, storage for bikes, surfboards and more. Utilities($225 month) are in addition to the rent covering water, internet, electrical and trash there is also a house cleaner and gardener which keep things fresh and clean.
One year lease, but ideally we would like someone who is looking for a place to stay for longer. First, Last and Deposit are required plus references from previous landlords.
Sorry, no dogs or pets please. But the house does have a lovely fur ball cat named Thunder!
