Hello, we are looking to lease this room for the rest of the year with the possibility of taking over the main lease or staying longer if desired. It’s myself and 2 other guys we all just graduated UCSC and work full time. I’m in the studio attached to the house. The main house has a laundry room. Everything is really nice and maintained and the boys are all chill. the house is 3 blocks from the beach and safeway super prime location. Also has a nice backyard off of the studio bathroom is shared with one guy.
