This is a community-centered home where we value open communication, cleanliness, and respect. We enjoy quality time, shared conversation, and the occasional game night with cocktails. We work standard Monday-Friday schedules, so we prefer to keep the house on the quieter side during the week. Olalla has a dog, Freddie, who is a five-year-old standard poodle. Dogs may be okay, but it would be on a case-by-case basis. Unfortunately, no cats or other pets are allowed due to allergies (and Freddie is not good around felines).
Fun details about the house: there are basically two living rooms, two dining table areas, TWO REFRIGERATORS, a dishwasher, and in-unit laundry. There’s a huge backyard space with a fire pit and a gas BBQ. There is off-street parking and ample street parking (and no permit required).
House Rules: No smoking or vaping inside. No heavy drug use. This is not a party house; if we want to have a community gathering, we communicate that with the rest of the household.

Hi! My name is Rie (she/hers). I’m in my late 20s and I work as a physician assistant. I enjoy taking dance classes, walks on West Cliff, hiking, and going to the beach in my spare time!
