House share available - Single room for rent in a beautiful townhouse off of Ocean St. House is shared with one other person (22F, student at UCSC studying Biology) and a medium sized dog named Avocado (3F). Rent is $1600 and includes trash. Gas and electric would be shared equally and is typically around $80 ($40ish each). Water is split between all tenants on the property and is billed every 3 months. Townhouse is on a lot with 3 other units who are very friendly. Month to month lease with current tenant likely moving out in July, but you are welcome to stay longer with a new signed lease.
Preferring a female housemate. Pets are negotiable with approval from landlord and current tenant. Avocado is used to living with a cat who she gets along with well.
