Looking for 1-2 housemate(s) to fill large room with a private entrance & conjoined living room space for $1,550 per month, available starting October 2025
At least 21- year old age requirement

$1550 per month (not including utilities)
$970 deposit

Must have direct and open communication skills, respect for communal spaces, and willingness to participate in household meetings and chores.

We enjoy the occasional gathering, but no hardcore partiers please.

Previous communal living experience preferred
