Unfurnished room in a 3 BR/1.5 bath, big 2-story house, common areas are furnished. Room is just over 10 feet by 8 feet. Room does not have a closet, but has a window with good natural light. One parking spot on-site. On site app-operated laundry. Water and garbage are included in rent, but housemates split PG&E and internet. House is located on bus lines and walking distance to downtown restaurants, shops, and farmers' market. We are two males in their 30's who work in town.

Ideal future housemate would be in similar age range. Preferably, no UCSC undergrads, but ok with graduate and post-doc students. No pets.

Looking to fill between November 26th and December 1st. Short or long term options available. We will be scheduling house visits the first two weeks of November, so please reply with a description of yourself and we will get back to you if we feel you are a good fit. Thanks!
