We've got a room available starting 12/1 in a quiet neighborhood in Seabright. We're within a mile or two from several grocery stores, restaurants, downtown, and Seabright Beach. We are 3 guys, in our 40s-50s, all friends that occasionally do house dinners, watch movies, have some beers, 420 friendly, etc. Our house is filled with bikes and plants, great little backyard for grilling up foods or hanging out. We're all laid back, liberal minded folk that enjoy the outdoors, looking for similar. No students, we'd like other professionals. We do our best to keep things reasonably clean, but definitely not a spotless home at all times. Please give a bit more info than "is the room still available" when you respond as I'll be choosing who to bring out for a tour based on if we think you'd be a good fit for the house! There is an indoor cat living here too, so if you have a cat they'd have to meet and see how they do.
Busy week, I'm probably going to read through responses over the weekend and respond early next week to those I think would be a good fit.
