One room for rent at $1,500 a month (includes all utilities). House features a cozy living room, kitchen/dining area, a shared full bathroom, and a full laundry room with washer and dryer. Living room and kitchen are furnished, bedroom is not.
Landlord (me - i'm in my mid 20's), lives in the house with one other tenant and we're looking for someone who is respectful of a shared space, has reliable income, and great communication.

Pets negotiable. I'm allergic to cats, but still open if it's the right fit and tenant is a responsible pet owner.
