Before we dive into the details, please ensure you align with our lifestyle:
-This isn't a party house; we're adults with full-time jobs, maintaining peace and quiet from Mon-Thurs, 11 pm-9 am. Weekends and holidays are more laid-back.
-Solo Space - The room is strictly for one person—no live-in significant others or frequent guests. We are a “low guest” household with one guest per resident permitted per week.
-Timely payments are a must. We're sticklers for hitting the marks on rent and utilities, so one day late is a no-go.

Living Space: This posting is for an average size bedroom with a big walk in closet!
House Details: Shared large downstairs bathroom (with private drawers), a large kitchen with two ovens, and a new stove. Huge front and back yard maintained by a landscaper. Washer/dryer, detached garage, and ample driveway space. Lightning-fast Wi-fi (800mb/s Internet). Just a 5-minute walk to the UCSC bus line and a 10-minute stroll to downtown. There are food options, a small food mart, sushi restaurant, hamburgers and more right around the corner.
What We Seek in a Housemate:
• Friendly, easygoing, independent and self-motivated with cleaning.
• Willing to pitch in $20 every other month or so for household supplies (TP, Sponges etc)
• Preferably, someone with an active and health-conscious lifestyle. We are all omnivores.
About Us:
• Three males in their 20s-40s, with active lifestyles.
• We're a close-knit group, a UCSC student, a UCSC employee and someone who works full time in the private sector.
• The house is kept clean; we get a cleaner every three weeks.
