There is a 2-car garage shared by the house. The garage is organized in a manner that allows for a single bay to perform car maintenance and oil changes. The rest of the space contains toolboxes and parking for bicycles/motorcycles. There is sizable wall space available for a toolbox or tool bench, if you have one. Garage and attic storage is also available.
The front and rear yard each have their own patio. Both yards are fully fenced. On the front of the house is parking spaces for three cars, along with ample street parking.
The kitchen is a nice size and includes a 4-burner gas stove with a 17,000 BTU wok burner. The living room has a media center with a 70" TV and surround sound. The home has a reverse-osmosis water system for drinking water and a soft water system for showers, washing cars, etc. In addition there is a washer and dryer on site.
The house is currently leased on a month-to-month basis. Given this, a new month-to-month lease will be signed. The monthly rent will be $1,400 and the deposit for the room/home is $3,000, two months house rent split three ways.
We are two technical professionals in our 20’s. We enjoy gaming, cars, movies, cooking and getting outside.
