Our property lays at the corner of hwy 1 and 17, in a great location about 10 min from downtown in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood.
The property has a hot tub and a gorgeous sunny garden in the back where we hang out in the summer, have occasional dance and music gatherings and grow kale and flowers.
There is ample parking on the street and in driveway
The rent is 1100$ + 100 for utilities
Use of the hot tub and the whole property / garden comes with the rental.
DOGS :
We (the landlords) live downstairs and have 2 very nice dogs - We would love to find someone who also has a smallish, playful dog that they need to leave home and need some supervising - We are home a lot and walk our dogs twice a day - But sometimes we leave and would love to get a dog sitting trade going
The room will be available Dec 1st
We are looking for someone who matches our frequency, kind, open hearted, liberal, reasonably quiet but likes an occasional healthy party, fun, super clean and happy with their life. Students welcome - Musician, dancer and spiritual seeker a plus
