we are looking for 1-2 ppl to take the master bedroom w private bathroom in our house in live oak starting october 1st!
$1960/month as a single or $980/month each as a double! utilities aren’t included but are typically between $40-100 a month, feel free to ask for specifics!
year long lease, with ability to break lease at any point for $250
you will be joining myself and two others! we are all working professionals/grad students & we would love to meet someone/people who share our love for community, swimming year round, biking, and late night productivity
