The home is sunny, green/healthy, is on a few acres and is surrounded by trees.
It's bucolic -- but only 2 miles to downtown Santa Cruz.
Share amenities including but not limited to: kitchen, two decks with views, loft space, garden, washer/laundry line/dryer.
Driveway parking for one car.
We have a few friendly land mates (they have their own homes).
The three housemates are friendly and mellow (a 20-something female, a 30-something male and a 50-something male).
Two work full-time outside the home, one works half-time from home and sometimes outside the home.
We're open to a one female or male housemate.
We like quiet hours 10pm-8am (esp. 11pm-7am) and like dim lights at night in the common area.
We enjoy occasional shared meals/dinner gatherings.
Our ideal housemate is friendly, responsible, clean, willing/able to communicate, quiet 10pm-8am and eco-friendly.
Bonus points if you like gardening/helping tend the yard.
We will consider the right dog for $35/mo pet rent.
(note: we are on a few acres of land and the yard next to the home is partially fenced -- not completely)
No hard drugs, excessive alcohol or TV pls.
