One bedroom with a large closet (10.5x11.5) $1395/month including utilities and WiFi, single occupancy. Bathroom is shared with two other individuals. House cleaner and gardener extra.
The house is in the heart of Live Oak on a quiet cul-de-sac, close to shopping and restaurants. It has easy Hwy 1 access, and is equidistant from Cabrillo and UCSC. A 1.3 mile walk away is Twin Lakes Beach and it's only a .6 mile walk to Upper Harbor. Located in the sunny part of Santa Cruz...if it's foggy in Santa Cruz, we usually see the sun before it burns off elsewhere.
The house is open plan and very spacious. Multiple skylights let in natural light throughout the house. Downstairs has an eat-in kitchen, half bathroom, 3 large common areas, and laundry room with washer/dryer. The house is fully furnished (except for the bedroom listed here). The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, gas range, granite countertops, and a large overhead skylight. Private back yard with space for outdoor furniture. The yard backs up to the neighborhood park, during the day you will hear kids playing but inside with windows closed it's pretty quiet.
--No nicotine smoking or vaping on or near the property and no loud parties tolerated. No smoking/vaping of any kind inside the house. Homeowners live next door.
--Shared parking in the driveway with room for 4 cars, with street parking available a short distance away.
--Very limited garage storage included.
--Shared full bath with 2 other tenants, with an extra 1/2 bath downstairs.
