clubhouse, pool, jacuzzi, a green belt, and a 10 spot fenced in RV area.
Rental includes one bedroom and bath, a private entrance, one carport space, use of
kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, Xfinity Internet and expanded cable, and backyard.
No alcohol, illegal drug use, tobacco, smoking or open flame on the property. No additional pets. The one pet allowed by the park is already here. 3 year old, female, miniature schnauzer, Rio.
1 year lease, and then month to month. $2,000 security deposit plus 1st month’s rent upon signing the rental agreement.
