The home itself includes a full kitchen with all standard appliances, a washer and dryer, fiber-optic internet, and an extra-large yard that offers plenty of space. In the backyard space includes a great well maintained hot tub, storage available for bicycles, surfboards, or other outdoor equipment (and houses backyard chickens!). Parking is convenient, with both driveway access and ample street parking available. House location is very conveniently located, a mile from downtown, close to mid town, easily walkable/bikeable most all places, very close to walking paths and super easy access to the freeway.
You would be sharing the home with two housemates who are in their mid to late thirties. One is a full-time resident, and the other travels frequently for work and is away for extended periods. The household atmosphere is relaxed, respectful, and quiet, and everyone values a clean and comfortable shared living environment.
Rent is $1,450 per month and includes all utilities as well as full access to all the house amenities (including the hot tub and fresh eggs!). The security deposit is $1,000. The move-in date is flexible, though December 1 is preferred.
