The room for rent is medium size with a walk-in closet, large enough to put a couple of dressers or to be a mini office. The other large closet is perfect size for shoes, hanging clothes, ect.

The yard is spacious and lovely. I have 4 garden beds and a storage shed in the yard that is large enough to store surf boards and other belongings. The yard gets all day sun and is very private.

The living room is furnished beautifully with lots of house plants. The house has one large bathroom with additional washing machine and dryer.
The house is light and beautiful. All utilities are included in the rent price. We share only the price of the internet which is $40\per month. The house is a 2-minute walk to the beach and pleasure point market.

I am a calm, peaceful, easy going, person. I enjoy the quiet, peacefulness of the house and neighborhood. The 1-minute walk to pleasure point store and ocean view is amazing and easy to catch the sunsets.
