Hi, we have 2 adjacent rooms for rent in a shared townhouse in Live Oak with a friendly feeling. Each room is $850 plus $50 a month toward all utilities including Wifi. You can rent one, both, or you rent one and your friend rents the other one. The home is located on a low-traffic (dead end) street. It is within walking distance to the beach, bus stop, stores, and other amenities. The rooms are 11x11 and before Dec.1st they will have new laminate flooring (luxurious vinyl planks) and be freshly painted (more pictures coming soon). One room has two closets. Each room has a microwave and refrigerator in the room as there is not access to the upstairs kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer in the hallway and a small outside deck that you would have full access to. And there is a full bathroom (including a shower over a bathtub) that would be shared among the two people who rent these rooms and two other guys. An additional guy would be using the shower\bath as he has his own 1/2 bathroom. We are seeking someone who is like minded who is employed or is a student, lives a relatively quiet lifestyle when they are home, and does not smoke cigarettes (but occasional pot use is ok).
