Furniture includes tv, dresser, nightstand, streaming player and 2 lamps. I can also provide a bed frame and mattress if necessary. Rent is $900 per month and either month to month or a lease will be considered. The room for rent is 150 square feet. Room was recently repainted and the entire home was recently carpet shampooed. In addition, the bathroom was just repainted.
Utilities include high speed Wi-Fi (up to 800Mbps), streaming tv channels like YouTube TV and Netflix gas and electricity and water and garbage. Washer and dryer inside the home. Rent is $900 month-to-month and includes all utilities. A modest security deposit of $300 is required.
My home is approximately one mile away from the Capitola Mall or Pleasure Point. Home has a single car garage and small deck/backyard. A reserved parking spot is available for the renter.
Downtown Santa Cruz is about 3.5 miles. The condo complex also has a seasonal swimming pool and year-round hot tub.
Dogs are accepted with no additional pet fees (included in cleaning deposit). I myself do not have a dog. I may be open to cats too. Anyone who comes with a dog has priority with me.
I am male, the owner and sole occupant. I also work remotely out of my house as a digital writer. Because of this, I prefer someone who has employment but not in a remote environment. I also prefer someone who's mature, responsible.
Absolutely no smoking and prefer no drinking. In addition, I prefer that you have a car. Must meet me in person to see my home.
