Has a pine bedroom set, queen pillow-top bed, highboy 5 drawer dresser and two matching end tables each with 3 drawers and lamps.

Easy going, clean, low-key, quiet and considerate of housemates.
Have a great living environment.
One roommate is a student (guy) at UCSC and going on 5 yrs living here. The other is owner (gal) loves the beach, boating & camping.
