We are looking for someone to fill in our funky cute room in our 4bd house on California st. Avail 12/1
The house is located right by Laurel st/downtown and walking distance to West Cliff.
Room itself is on the smaller side: fits a full bed and some furniture. Has a small walk-in closet. Own entrance (right outside our back door but gives you some privacy.) We have 2 bathrooms. One is VERY small. The other one is just regular-small.
Our house:
It is about 100 years old. There are 2 other houses and 3 ADUs on the lot. Street parking with permit. Plenty of it. No driveway.
The house is in the very back of the property overlooking Laurel hill so it feels like you're in the country when you're not! We have a pretty private spot despite the many neighbors.
Us:
2 guys and 1 lady in our early 30s, looking for someone somewhat similar in age. We all work full time (restaurants, grocery, printmaking) but enjoy hanging out together and by ourselves. We drink casually and are 420 friendly. Someone social but not an insane partier, artistic-ish, and who isn't home all the time will be our best fit.
We have a big yard that is a bit unruly but we like to garden and hangout there and have some parties and BBQs. You have to be OK with a little bit of chaos.
Room is $1100 and utilities run about 50-120$/month. Deposit $1150. Lease is month to month. Coin op laundry on-site. No couples. No dogs cuz our yard is unfenced into the oblivion. We have one indoor/outdoor cat. Another cat may be considered but would also have to be indoor/outdoor and a hardy fella.
