The cabin is on a large private lot and land is precious!
We also rent out smaller lot for $800 to park RV and trailer.

No waster and sewer in the cabin so you have to walk down to the shared bathroom and kitchen!
Limited solar electricity, can only charge phone/laptop and power a lamp, can't power any appliance!
No WiFi now, we may be able to fix it, but even after we fix it, WiFi isn't very stable.
Indoor propane heater provided and electrical heater is not allowed.
Shared bathrooms, hot water shower, washer/dryer.
Shared staff kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dinning table and sofa.
Forest, hiking trails, creeks, small waterfall, deer, turkey, owl
Paved road, 20 min to Los Gatos downtown, 25 min to Santa Cruz
Cat ok, dog needs approval.
Deposit is one month rent.
No visitors allowed without paying.
