Hi, I have a comfortable room good for someone who commutes to work in Santa Cruz, or has another place to stay part of the week, and wants to stay here during the work week (Monday night-Thursday night) 3-4 nights/week or something like that. It is furnished & offers a full private bathroom, off-street parking. Nice kitchen, laundry on site. Walk to shopping, transit, close to beach. Utilities & fast internet included. Share home with an active semi-retired man. Small pet OK. I’m asking $175/week.
