The master suite has an attached office with closet and fireplace, as well as a balcony, large walk-in closet and ensuite with bathtub! The house is shared by a single working female in her 30s that has two cats, with only the downstairs living space being shared (kitchen, living room, dining room and back deck). The house is split leveled so the room is very quite and private. There is a garage for limited storage and a washer/ dryer.
The room + office is $2400, with all utilities included (we have high speed internet). First +last month rent and $1,000 deposit for a 1 year lease. Pets allowed with approval.
