Looking for someone to take over my room in a chill apartment in Capitola ASAP. Rent is $1,447.50/month, with utilities usually around $50.
The room is the corner room of the apartment complex, so it’s nice and private with good light. The apartment itself is fully furnished-the room will be unfurnished, unless you’d like to keep some of my things. There is a good-sized walk-in closet with ample space for extra belongings.
