You would have access to the garage to park your car and storage. Inside the garage is a shared washer and dryer and infrared sauna.
You would also have access to a woman’s mountain bike as well as a stand-up paddleboard that you could use during your time here. I’m flexible on move-in date but would prefer the last week in December. I’m open to an annual rental or just a few months, depending on the fit in your needs.
You would also of course have access to the kitchen, living room and other common spaces
The home is three bedrooms and is currently shared with two young professionals that work outside the home. There’s also a giant orange kitty that lives here. I would prefer a single person with no pets.
