--No big parties, annual block party excepted. Small parties ok. Cool fun neighbors
--No cigarettes/cigars/vaping/joints/blunts inside (but this is neither a 100% sober, nor a 100% vegan household) yet 420 ok
--We have gardening space, small herb garden
--We socialize/cook together once in awhile
