Looking to rent land to a responsible and honest person who would like to bring their own rig and live on a quiet 7 acre mountain retreat. Must love wildlife. This is a special opportunity for the right person who is off grid ready, and wants to live close to nature on a beautiful natural preserve.
The property is in the mountains above Sonora, CA. 7 acres of raw forest land with natural open spaces, sunrise & sunset views, privacy, and close to amenities in town.
Must have the knowledge and skills needed to bear proof your food storage and trash disposal containers.
Open to allowing a friendly dog that does not chase cats.
$850-$950/mo depending on spot chosen and size of your rig.
Ideally, we’d like to find someone who loves this land as much as we do, and would like to stay for a number of months to use as a home base for adventures in the surrounding national forests and remote wilderness areas. (Yosemite included!). This land is in prime location for avid forest lovers and adventurers.
