Serving: Santa Cruz, Watsonville, Aptos, Soquel, Prunedale, Aromas, and Corralitos.
Offering long term, on-going solutions to your maintenance, and repair needs. I work on residential, commercial properties, and unique/special projects.
SKILLS INCLUDE:
* Carpentry repairs: interior or exterior (Termite repairs, water damage, wall repairs, minor new walls)
* Painting: interior/exterior, roll, brush, spray
* Plumbing: kitchen or bathroom repairs to replace existing fixtures
* Electrical: replace existing fixtures, lights, fans, switches, plugs
* Install major equipment, pallet racks, operations infrastructure, and support infrastructure
* Redwood decks: minor additions, pressure wash, waterproofing, oiling, tinted applications (airless application)
* Pressure washing: houses, decks, sidewalks, roofs, siding, storage buildings
* Doors and Locks: Install doors and locks. Re-keying, security mechanical
* Landscape or garden design, planting, irrigation, PVC or drip irrigation, timers
* Install appliances: stove, hood, refrigerator, dishwasher; haul old appliances to recycle
* Build shipping crates for specialty items and assistance with shipping nationally
* Miscellaneous: What is your project?
All work by direction of the customer.
No job cost over $1000, per California law regarding unlicensed, non-contractor work.
$50 regular hourly rate.
Minimum project cost is $100.
Customer to assume all liability insurance.
