Are you a people-person with a sales mindset who loves building relationships and closing deals? First Pacific is looking for a Spanish-speaking Leasing and Resident Relations Specialist to join our team in Santa Cruz!

We’re searching for someone bubbly, outgoing, and confident, with a big personality and strong closing skills. Your energy, communication style, and ability to connect will play a huge role in shaping the resident experience and driving leasing success in our community.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to contact for prospective residents and current tenants—touring apartments, closing leases, managing renewals, and creating positive resident relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and love turning conversations into signed leases, this is the role for you.

A Day in the Life:You’ll engage with prospects, follow up on leads, close leases, assist with resident renewals, coordinate resident events, and help create a welcoming, energetic community. We provide the tools and support you need to succeed and grow.

What You Bring:

Fluency in Spanish (required)

A high-energy, outgoing personality with a natural sales presence

Proven leasing or sales experience with strong closing skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Proficiency in Google Workspace and general internet use (Yardi CRM experience a plus)

A positive, “can-do” attitude with professionalism and attention to detail

Flexibility to work Saturdays during high-vacancy periods
