Our idea would be a group of 4-6 artists in a community art space, private work areas possible or a work area in and common space.
Rent depends on amount of space you need and is negotiable depending on your use. We have a woodworker moving upstairs and are open to other woodworkers. $300 - $1000/month depending on how much space you need.
This building is not suitable as a residence but is on a shared property with a residence with children, so safe, chill respectful people are a must. Bathroom access is a short walk to detached garage.
