Located near downtown Santa Cruz in a complex with plenty of free parking and access to public transportation. I am looking for someone who is interested in subleasing at least 1-1.5 days per week.
This office opens to a shared courtyard that is quiet and filled with trees, plants, and a beautiful fountain, a very supportive and healing space for someone who is doing therapy or other counseling/healing services (not quite enough floor space for a massage table to comfortably fit). I share the suite with 5 other amazing female healing practitioners and we try to cultivate a sense of community in our space, so we are looking for someone who is not only open to that, but would enjoy and benefit from that aspect as well. The rent is about $200 per month for one full day per week. See current openings below.
