At First Pacific, we’re looking for a Leasing and Resident Relations Specialist to join our team in Santa Cruz! In this role, you'll be a primary contact for our residents and prospective tenants—leasing apartments, coordinating renewals, planning resident events, and maintaining strong resident relations. A Day in the Life: As our Leasing and Resident Relations Specialist, you'll be involved in resident communication, resident renewals, closing apartment leases, and more!  We’ll provide the tools and support you need to achieve your goals and make a real difference!

What You Bring:

• All applicants must be fluent in Spanish.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, and familiarity with the internet (experience with Yardi CRM Software is a plus)
• A positive, "can-do" attitude, high level of enthusiasm, and professionalism
• Strong demonstration of closing skills with leasing 
• Excellent customer service with attention to detail 
• Flexibility for Saturday hours during high-vacancy periods
