Jaguar Design Studio has an exciting opportunity available for a Receptionist/Entry Level Project Manager. Jaguar Design Studio, with locations in Aptos and Atascadero, CA, is a premier boutique design company serving Silicon Valley and beyond. We wear many hats but our specialty is in bringing our clients’ events to life both virtually as well as in person. This is a full time, in-house position working at our office which is open from 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri.
Responsibilities:
Manage front office, answer/screen incoming calls.
Manage inbound and outbound shipments, following up on any issues.
Place and manage orders for clients - via online portal, email or phone.
Data entry.
Assist in Managing and Executing multi channel projects.

Basic computer skills with proficiency in Google Office Suite.
