Listen Foundation is a small, locally run nonprofit that’s been doing big things for over 30 years - empowering adults with developmental disabilities to live full, independent lives in their own homes and communities.
We’re proud to be client-centered and staff-run, with an incredibly low turnover rate. Most of our team has been with us for 10+ years and our newest client joined us over 20 years ago.
As a Supported Living Care Provider, you’ll:
• Be a trusted companion and guide for adults with developmental disabilities
• Support daily living routines - cooking, medication, hygiene, and home care
• Plan and enjoy outings to, beach days, hikes, coffee runs, and more
• Join a team that collaborates monthly to build personalized support plans
• Bring patience, humor, and care to someone’s daily life and grow because of it
What We Offer:
• $21.50/hour starting wage
• Flexible part-time or full-time schedules
• Paid overnights + weekend shifts available
• Monthly trainings - build experience in behavioral support and caregiving
• Medical + dental for full-time employees

Who You Are:

• Comfortable cooking a meal, helping with hygiene, or navigating a tough moment
• Able to pass a fingerprint background check and have a valid CA driver’s license with a clean driving record
