I've upgraded to a Theo Wanne mouthpiece. I still have the stock mouthpiece as well.
This includes a hard carrying case, brush cleaners, neck strap, spare replacement cork, wax, and a synthetic reed (if you'd like it, it can be cleaned) and I may even have a spare new reed as well that I'll throw in if I find one along with the wall mount shown in the picture.
I'm the original owner and I do have the original receipt from 1989, though it's quite faded. Serial #1010420
It's been professionally tuned up and maintained over time, and played plenty over the years. It's spent the last couple years being played by me in the SLV community band.
