2021 Mayones Regius Core.
I am the original owner and ordered directly from a dealer in Europe in 2021. It's in overall excellent or even excellent+ condition, but I won't say mint as I have played it and even gigged with it a few times. However there are no dings or scratches or anything to note. All photos are taken recently by me just before putting this ad up, it's in excellent shape!
The Regius Core is the top of the line Regius model with sculpted heel for improved upper fret access, AAA flamed maple top and matching headstock, carved top, belly carve, 3-ply binding around the body, neck, and headstock, everything. Neck-thru construction, 25.4" scale length, 11-play maple-mahogany-amazakoe-wenge neck for incredible stability, 16" radius, ebony fingerboard, Luminlay side dots, 24 extra jumbo stainless steel frets, just an amazing instrument with all of the highest specs that you could want.
One thing that I love about the Regius is that the neck is not a tiny skinny shredder neck. It's not big either, but I'd call it something like a Les Paul R9 profile, though with a slight D-shape instead of a round C-shape. Perhaps similar to some Fender D-shaped necks but not as thin as most, it's extremely comfortable for both lead playing and rhythm, it fills your hand when chording and you have enough neck to "grab on to" when bending without it being a thick neck.
The guitar originally came with Seymour Duncan Jazz and JB pickups, which are not my favorite. I installed Bare Knuckle Black Dogs for a big improvement in tone and versatility. Bare Knuckle has them in their "vintage hot" series (named after the Led Zeppelin song and they get a great hard rocking Jimmy Page tone) and they can do pretty much everything from classic rock into modern metal, though I personally stay mostly in the 90s rock tone area (Alice in Chains, Tool, Stone Temple Pilots, Failure...). Otherwise everything is original with the paperwork, manual, tools, hard shell case, etc.
I'm letting this go to fund a Gibson Les Paul Custom in either black or silverburst, which has always been my dream guitar, and nothing else. Possibly a Les Paul Custom Axcess in black or silverburst. I sold a nice Les Paul Custom Silverburst last year to fund some house projects and regret it.
