My name is Ted Bond. I have been a math tutor for over 20 years and I currently have availability for one or two more students.
I am successful because I am genuine, empathetic, and likable, and I am able to quickly build trust with young people and explain difficult concepts in a manner that is understandable. Students leave my sessions feeling confident in themselves and their ability to succeed in school.
I tutor all levels of math through Calculus. These include: Elementary math and basic operations, including Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, Math Analysis, Calculus.
I have been tutoring for over 20 years and I am especially good at helping students who are struggling to connect with, or understand, the material including special ed. and learning differences. I use humor and empathy to make difficult subjects accessible. Time spent with me will be more effective and less stressful.
