Looking for someone to Grade and level about 25 x25 ft Sloped lot (Felton)

It is in Zayante near Felton. The land is sloped but the area is fairly close to level.
It also has some sticks that would need to be cleared. The dirt can be moved around on the property and doesn't need to be hauled away.
I think it should take about a day to do. I can start with $200 to grade it and have more projects if works out well.
