I'm a mature male retired school teacher who continues to tudor college bound students.

My current place of residence of the last 20 years has been subsidized in part by caring for my elderly ( female ) landlord.
Sadly she recently passed while under hospice care.
Her family will be selling the home where my humble cottage is located.
I have my own transportation, clean driving record.
Non smoking, non drinking , non drug use.
I lovingly cared in an assistance capacity, any and all aspects of home health care for this person.
