We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Compliance Trainers to support instructor-led workplace training nationwide.
This is a contract, on-call role. Not full-time.
Who we’re looking for:
➡️ Employment or labor attorneys with 2+ years of practice
➡️ HR professionals or harassment prevention consultants with 2+ years of hands-on compliance training or investigations experience
➡️College or law school instructors with employment law teaching experience
➡️➡️➡️Fluency in English and Spanish required
Training topics may include:
➡️Sexual Harassment Prevention
➡️Harassment and Discrimination
➡️DEI fundamentals
➡️EEOC-mandated corrective action
➡️Conflict Resolution and Ethics
Engagement details:
💰 $65–$175 per hour, based on credentials
💵 W-9 independent contractor
➡️Live, instructor-led training. On-site or virtual
