This beautiful copper candelabra makes a stunning sideboard piece. Hand wrought, hammered and riveted piece designed by Erhard Glander. Gracefully curved copper base supports three candle cups. Makers mark on base. "In the 1920s, Glander emigrated from Germany to the United States and settled in Saukville, Wisconsin. Circa 1932 originator of Glander Ornamental Iron works, Saukville, WiErhard Glander was a founder and coppersmith who specialized in copper and brass artwork. Artwork trademark signature is identified with the hand (open palm) and the letter G in a circle. Circa 1970s, his sons took over the company which is still active today but has changed it production to metal buildings and no longer makes ornamental iron works.
